Frequently Asked Questions About Our Terms

What are the payment terms for new clients?

For your first order, we require 100% prepayment. The second order requires 70% deposit with 30% balance before shipment. By the third order, deposit drops to 50%, and after one year of stable cooperation, terms adjust to 30% deposit. We accept T/T bank transfer, PayPal, credit card, USDT and VTB Bank for Russia.

Who owns the tech packs and artwork I submit for production?

You retain full ownership of all original tech packs, designs, artwork and intellectual property you provide. MENWILD uses your materials solely to manufacture your order. We do not share, reproduce or sell your designs to third parties. Patterns and graded size sets are kept confidential on file for your re-orders only.

What is MENWILD’s minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ starts from 100 pieces per style and color, subject to fabric and decoration complexity. This low-MOQ system lets startups, independent designers and small brands test products, reduce inventory risk, launch capsule collections and improve cash flow without committing to large bulk runs.

What happens if my shipment is delayed?

MENWILD commits to agreed lead times and monitors production closely. If a delay occurs due to fabric, decoration or force majeure, we notify you immediately and propose revised timelines. Delays caused by client-side revisions, late approvals or payment may extend the original schedule. We coordinate air, sea or express shipping to minimize impact.

Can I use photos or content from the MENWILD website for my marketing?

All images, text, logos and content on menwild.com are protected by copyright and trademark. You may not reproduce, distribute or repurpose our materials without prior written permission. If you’d like to reference MENWILD in your marketing or press materials, please contact us at [email protected] for approval.

What jurisdiction governs disputes?

All agreements, orders and disputes are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any legal proceedings will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Dongguan, Guangdong Province. We encourage open communication and aim to resolve concerns amicably before formal proceedings.

How long does sampling take before bulk production?

Sampling typically takes 7–14 days depending on fabric availability, decoration complexity and your starting point—tech pack, sketch or concept. Once you approve the sample for fit, measurements, fabric and construction, we finalize quotations and proceed to bulk production. Patterns and graded size sets are saved for fast re-orders.

How do I report intellectual property infringement or misuse?

If you believe your intellectual property has been infringed or misused in connection with MENWILD services, please email [email protected] immediately with detailed evidence—design files, registration certificates or prior use documentation. We take IP concerns seriously and will investigate promptly and cooperate fully to resolve the issue.
