I was born in Dongguan, surrounded by one of China’s most famous garment production centers. My father was a pattern and tailoring master, and he taught me precision, quality, responsibility and professionalism from an early age. At 16, I entered the clothing industry and spent years learning every stage of apparel manufacturing — pattern making and grading, cutting rooms, sewing lines, washing and finishing, decoration and quality control. I built a deep understanding of fabric behavior, construction, fit and production management working alongside skilled craftspeople on the factory floor.

Working in those factories, I kept meeting the same frustration from buyers: garments for big and tall men were an afterthought, simply scaled up until the proportions broke. Sleeves ran short. Rises shrank. Fits looked wrong. In 1998, my family and I established a small cut-and-sew workshop in Humen to serve local apparel factories. I invested in pattern and grading systems built specifically for extended sizes, trained a tech-pack and sampling team, and rebuilt the workshop into a complete OEM and ODM big and tall menswear manufacturer focused on one principle: fit first for every body size.

I believe the industry gets extended sizing fundamentally wrong — most factories treat 2XL to 6XL as simple math, not as real bodies that deserve thoughtful grading, modern silhouettes and consistent construction. Inside MENWILD, I insist on accurate big and tall grading, stable quality control and honest, responsive communication. I want every client — whether a startup testing 100 pieces or an established brand scaling to thousands — to feel like a true partner, supported by a team that understands both fit and growth.

Today, we have served over 2,000 fashion brands worldwide, but I am still building toward something bigger: becoming the strongest big and tall menswear manufacturing partner behind global fashion brands.
